The staff were friendly and accommodating. Many rooms on our corridor were used as dormitories for nearby U of Maine students, which isn’t necessarily a problem, but it definitely changed the vibe: I was awakened by college kids having harmless fun at 3:20 a.m. I might not have booked the room if I had known I would be going back for a college refresher course.

Etwas renoviert, aber immer noch Teppichboden

The location and price were good. I did not have the room reserved; I feel this is bait and switch. I reserved the King bed room over a month ago. What use was reserving the room type? Not happy with BW.

The breakfast was good and the staff were efficient. Online booking indicated a walk‑in shower, but our room did not have one. When I brought this up to the hotel staff, she was dismissive and told me this only applies to handicap access rooms with a king size bed—this is what I was expecting!
