We were there only to sleep, had breakfast at the bar before heading out on excursions and had dinner one night, all very good. Adrián was very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. Stunning views from the rooftop terrace at sunset and very pleasant. The worst thing by far was the person who offers the excursions; because we left early each day we couldn’t meet him in person. He sold us two excursions, one of them to Holbox that included lunch at a five‑star hotel. When we arrived, it was a hotel at best on the island, there wasn’t enough space for all the excursion group, and when we could enter the dining room the food was scant, basic quality, and only leftovers remained in the containers, so we had to go to a nearby restaurant. After trying to contact the hotel staff, he completely ignored the issue and gave us no solution at that time or later. He told us his name was Alejandro, but the person who charged on behalf of TRAFICTOURS was Jesús González. In any case, it was the company that advised the hotel and sells the excursions in the hotel, so we hold the hotel responsible for his poor management.

The location was great, the rooftop pool was a highlight, breakfast was top quality, staff were very friendly, the room was pretty, and the Nespresso machine worked well. However, there was a lot of noise at 3 am—probably roof work—which was simply unbearable.

The breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, which really stood out. The hotel also boasts a comfortable coworking area and a rooftop pool with stunning sunset views, making it perfect for both relaxation and work.
