I arrived at the hotel at 12:10 am. My booking was confirmed and accepted, but there were no rooms available. The manager had given rooms to others without informing the owner and hadn’t updated the portal, so the lack of availability wasn’t reflected online. The hotel is remotely located; luckily I had a car and could leave and book elsewhere. If I hadn’t had a car, I would have been in big trouble because the location isn’t good. Don’t go without calling the property and confirming. The caretaker showed me that nine bookings were confirmed through the portal and accepted, yet rooms weren’t available, proving they don’t take online bookings seriously or wait for them.
