This hotel is amazing. Unlike many other resorts, it’s not far from the city center, so restaurants, cafes, bars, a massage parlor, 7/11, and almost everything else are nearby—allowing you to enjoy serenity and privacy without feeling isolated. My room had almost everything, including a bathtub, hats for sunny days, and umbrellas for rainy days. The private pool was clean and offered an extraordinary view. They provided buggy services to take you to the top. The staff were polite and professional. They offered a QR code for room orders, but my app didn’t work, so they gave me their WhatsApp line instead, which was quick and effective. I requested breakfast at a specific time, and right then, two nice ladies appeared to cook breakfast in the suite kitchen; it turned out delicious. I wanted to check out at 9:20, and the staff were ready exactly at 9:20 to help with my baggage. The ride to the airport, which they had arranged, was also on time. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The only minor issues were: first, the reception closes at 20:00, and I would prefer a longer or 24‑hour reception; second, when I returned at night after closing, I struggled to find my suite— it took about 10 minutes, involving climbing many stairs. Some maps or signs indicating villa locations would help. Despite these small problems, the overall experience was outstanding, so this place deserves a 10/10.

La villa Alba is exceptional. The villa for 6 is very beautiful, except for the two parent‑side SDBs without air conditioning and the very slippery floor that caused two severe adult falls in 6 days.

It’s a good place, and I’ll definitely visit again. The breakfast was only a small amount, not enough for one person.
