The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, and the rooms were spacious. Getting a parking space at night can be a little tedious.

The location is very good, situated at the center on Sitiawan's main cross junction, with private parking available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Overall it was fine until the next day after 9 am when someone knocked on my door and pushed it hard, which frightened us; housekeeping thought we had already checked out and tried to clean the room. This was a clear communication issue at the hotel; they should have confirmed with the front desk instead of just opening, knocking, and pushing the door hard.

I was very satisfied; the staff were all very good. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Shizhou. It was fantastic. The only downside was that in room 201 the shower water was not hot enough, just a bit cold.

The hotel gave good value for the rate, the rooms were comfortable and met what I expected, and the spot was fairly convenient. Overall it was a solid stay and worth the money, especially for travelers watching their budget. The family room had no window, which made it feel cramped and dim.

The water heater never produced hot water. When I mentioned it, the staff said it was normal because the hotel uses solar power. I was traveling with a young child, so we couldn’t take a proper shower even though we paid for a Deluxe Family Room. No prior notice or explanation was given by management, and I didn’t want to pay extra only to face this inconvenience.
