“The worst”
The property was bad and the worst part was the service—it was a de‑service.

Good location and clean rooms, yet there was no hot water and by the time they responded we had already checked out without a shower. No staff were around, and although a luggage store was advertised, we couldn’t find it because of the lack of staff. This was frustrating because it’s why we chose this hotel.

We were without hot water for two days.

The location and booking process were easy, the room was clean and came with an iron/board, tea, coffee, milk, a fridge, and a safe. It was quiet and offered great value for a budget stay in London. No complaints.

Close location to train stations. We arrived late in the evening & the intercom system has no lighting to see call button & lock boxes for entry codes. After several attempts to speak with someone the intercom system gave an engaged dial tone. We could only make contact when we asked someone in the street if we could use their phone make a local call. This could have been addressed if the code was sent to us the day before our arrival. See the attached photos below. The room was cramped with the door rubbing against the bed appon opening restricting access with our suitcases. The fridge hadn't been defrosted for a long time. The floor was cracked & uneven which caused a trip hazzard. There was exposed wiring on the wall. The cutlery & microwave door were inaccessible because a new architrave had been constructed blocking access. The TV didn't work
