The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the heated pool was nice. The heated pool wasn’t heated for a few days, but then it was again.

I liked the location, the activities, the quality and variety of food, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, and the pool area. The hot dishes were not hot enough.

“Bien mais un peu déçu...”

The hotel was close to the city centre, had a free sauna session and outdoor pools. At reception the room wasn’t ready, I waited 45 minutes for a cooling‑system issue, there was no explanation about the hotel services, no option to pay at the front desk so all payments were forced to be made by card, and there was no apology or compensation.

The staff were helpful. Parking felt like a carnival, the spa was cold, no staff came to chat or offer anything. Even though there were three elevators, there were waits.

Un hôtel qui correspond aux attentes d'un 4* en Espagne. Très bons buffets pour le petit-déjeuner et le dîner ! Une cuisine élaborée avec des soirées à thème très appréciés. Un parking gratuit tout près de l'hôtel, un grand luxe sur la Costa Brava !! L'établissement propose des prestations haut de gamme, dans un contexte cooconing et l'espace piscines ressemble à une oasis. Séjour sur 4 nuits, en chambre vue piscines, du 10 au 14 septembre. Il manquait une douche pluie dans la salle de bain, obligés de tenir le pommeau en mains
