The location and shared kitchen were fine, but the staff were in a bad mood.

The location was good. The bed was hard and the place was dirty; daily cleaning didn’t fix it. The bunk stairs looked like they might break. The rooms had no wardrobe as shown in the pictures; you’d have to buy a lock if you want one. You book a room for six people but end up in a room that holds fourteen. The door is old and noisy, making it hard to sleep.

The staff were all very attentive—Camila, Dan, Marcielle, Mikael, and another attendant whose name I can’t recall.

I didn’t like anything—everything was broken, the rooms felt like cages, and I’ll never return.
