The manor truly earned its name, perched high with a view of the town and boasting historic décor crafted with care, not only in the common areas and garden but also inside the rooms; the service was fantastic and the breakfast was remarkably original.

The breakfast and dinner were very good, the place was very clean and well maintained, the staff were very friendly, but the hotel’s style is quite old-fashioned and lacks facilities like a spa or gym, so it doesn’t compare to other hotels in the same chain and definitely isn’t a five‑star property.

The cost of the stay and dinner was more than worth it. An incredible experience and good luck with the weather so we could enjoy the great terrace both in the evening and at breakfast.
