How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The bedroom was roomy and cozy, and the morning breakfast was excellent. However, the cleaning times felt erratic—sometimes in the morning, sometimes late afternoon, even evening—and the bathroom didn’t always have everything we needed, like a shower cap.

The place was charming, with friendly staff and a convenient spot right next to the park and ride in Cambridge. Nothing to complain about.

I found the breakfast decent, though it lacked variety for those who like a sweeter start. The same limitation on sweet options was a disappointment.

The lobby café was outstanding, and the facilities and rooms were fairly new and clean overall. I checked in late but the process went smoothly. Still, for a Hyatt, there’s room for improvement: while the rooms were clean, dust was noticeable under furniture and on large items.

The room was spacious. The Wi‑Fi was poor and the bread at breakfast was stale.
