“Avoid a nightmare, do not stay here.”

I travel often and this was the worst hotel experience of my life. I called about an hour before my arrival to confirm my check‑in time of around 11 pm, and they assured me my arrival time was okay and even confirmed my name and reservation number. When I showed up at 11 pm, I was definitely disappointed by the place itself. It did not look like the pictures, it felt very sketchy, and some rooms did not even have doors. They just had a sheet taped up. But I knew I booked a cheap place, so this wasn't even a big deal. But, I tried to check in and nobody was there. So I called, let them know I arrived, and the lady said someone was coming to check me in. 15 minutes go by, and nothing, so I call back. Then they have the audacity to say my room is no longer available. It's now almost midnight, and they say I don't have anywhere to stay. And getting refunded was a big hassle to. When I called customer support, they told me that Santa Ana Vibes had claimed my room WAS available now (at 1 am) and I wouldn't get refunded. By that time, I had already found other accommodations. Luckily, I got refunded, but I can only recommend staying far far away from this hostel/hotel.

Had to cook my own breakfast. Everyday cleaning maybe on holidays a thank you meal for being there

Ani jsme se tam neubytovali. Ubytování jak z hororu a dodnes se nám k tomu nikdo nevyjádřil. V okolí se pohybovali zvláštní osoby. Vůbec to nevypadá jako ubytovna
