They advertise a certain image, but when we arrived the rooms felt dated and the floor was greasy; they outsourced the restaurant to cut costs, the food wasn’t bad but every dish was simplified to keep prices high, like a chicken fillet with rice and vegetables that cost R$ 65,00, and the minibar wasn’t stocked, so the on‑site shop sold very pricey items. It wasn’t an issue at first, yet the place now feels like a basic workers’ lodging rather than a four‑star hotel. The rooms need gradual refurbishment, the mattresses are terrible, and so on.
