メインの通りへのアクセスは良く、外風呂巡りには行きやすい。 周りに飲食店が点在しており、食事には困らないと思う。 受付を本館でしたら、別館までは一旦外に出て歩くが、 チェックインからアウトまでの間は従業員の方には合わず、1人になりたい方には良い。. 設備や建物の古さはしょうがないが、老化等の共用スペースの匂いが気になった。猫砂のような匂いがしていたから猫を飼っていたのかな 室内は電球が切れていたが戸を開けていれば支障はなかった。 本館とは別物と考えた方がよい。 素泊まり専用

It was only located in Kinosaki. The place had no frills: no breakfast, no dinner, no umbrellas even though it rained, and no service. Two young staff checked me in, and no one offered to lift my nonagenarian suitcase up three levels to my room. I paid more than twice what I’d spent on two nights at a business hotel in Toyooka for a single night. Kinosaki inns usually cater to inbound tourists, but this one didn’t deliver the experience and service expected from a hot‑spring ryokan. Some places in Kinosaki still do, but this isn’t one of them.

The only good thing was the location. The staff’s attitude was bad, the room was cramped and had very few amenities. There were no tissues, no indoor bath, no hand towels, no clock, and no internal phone. The futon was a rice‑crisp sheet that made my back hurt in the morning, and it wasn’t very clean. The bathrobe for the outdoor bath was faded and flimsy, far from the elegance of other ryokans, and walking outside felt embarrassing.
