The spa was absolutely lovely and the restaurant served top‑notch dishes, which made the stay feel pretty special. The only real drawback was that the room had no air‑conditioning, so it got stuffy in the afternoon. All in all, a nice place if you can tolerate the heat inside.

The hotel staff were friendly and the service overall was solid, and I really enjoyed the food and drinks they offered. Unfortunately, none of the rooms had any air‑conditioning, which made the nights uncomfortable. Still, the good service made up for the lack of cooling to some extent.

Management ran things like a well‑oiled machine and the rooms were conveniently laid out and nicely designed, plus the spa felt luxurious and everything was spotless. The downside is the location – it’s a bit out of the way, so you’ll need a car or public transport to get anywhere else. Still, if you don’t mind the travel, the comfort inside is solid.

Everything here caters to a good wellness or active break – the spa treatments were spot on, the e‑bikes and gym were a nice touch, and Markus the hiking guide knew the trails like the back of his hand. The beds were super comfy, the rooms modern and spacious, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive, always offering free water. The food variety impressed me; there was something for every palate.

This hotel impressed with its beautiful setting and attentive service; the staff went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. I liked the easy access to the Stubaier Gletscher lift, the tasty kitchen and afternoon snacks, plus the pool that’s open to everyone during the day and adults‑only in the evening. The recently renovated rooms feel fresh, and there’s plenty of parking both outside and in the garage (though it costs extra).
