“Enjoyed the golf and had fun”
The place was close to everything I needed, but the room was right next to the vending machine, elevator, fire alarm, and other annoyances. Still, I enjoyed myself in a good location.
“Decent stay but I wouldn’t go back.”
The location was fine, but I didn’t like that windows in the two front rooms faced the hallways, the cleanliness wasn’t a priority, the elevators needed renovation, and our room stayed warm even though we set the thermostat to 68 degrees—it never dropped below 74.
The spot was great—quiet, close enough to stroll to the beach and to tasty restaurants. The elevators, however, could use an upgrade; they feel shaky and hot, and the one in the parking garage often malfunctioned.
“Roaches and mold, will not let me upload pics”
The resort itself was nice, the restaurant good, and the staff somewhat accommodating; they upgraded me to a better room the next day. However, the initial room was old and outdated, infested with roaches, had mold on the curtains and AC unit, the extra bed was locked and unusable, the refrigerator was dirty, and there was blood on a pillowcase—apparently someone had bled on it and the maid didn’t notice, which left me unhappy.
“The manager on duty stated that we would receive $100 off our room but it would have to be refunded through blooming”
The location was good, but mildew, roaches, a door that wouldn’t close without force, a front desk that never answered the phone, and a hallway floor that was wet were all problems.
