Nothing. Everything!!! Total disrespect. I received emails saying the reception was on the sixth floor, but when I arrived the hotel had been without power for over 72 hours, there was no one on the ground floor to explain, and obviously I wouldn’t climb the stairs with two suitcases to the sixth floor just to get information. Also there was no phone available for us to contact! Never book this hotel; there is nothing worse than arriving after a long trip and having neither a room nor any assistance.

I was disappointed with the service from the last receptionist who handled us at 11:30 am on 10 October 2026; my mother left with her luggage for a trip to Girona, trusting that the keys would be left when she checked out and that the room wouldn't be inspected, yet she was not asked to cancel even though I had paid for the entire stay. Suddenly I was notified that the reservation had been altered and the room rented out, leaving me without accommodation without any confirmation or consultation. On top of that, the sheets were cheap and uncomfortable for the price.

El baño (aseos) bien grande y limpio. La señora de la limpieza solo entraba a recoger la basura del baño y nunca hizo las camas

We were left without electricity, forcing us to climb up to the sixth floor every time because there were no elevators; we couldn’t charge our devices at all, and the hotel staff were rude and strange, insisting we hand over the room kit each time we left.
