The location was great and the room felt comfy, but the lack of basic toiletries like toothbrushes and soap was a real let‑down. They only clean twice a week, so when the maid wasn’t there we had to reuse the same sheets and the room got a bit dirty. On top of that, the water pressure would drop sometimes.

I could never find the hotel – the address was wrong and the phone number didn’t work, so I couldn’t get any directions. Even locals didn’t know where it was, so I was left wandering.
