Everything was wonderful; the room was spotless, the small touches showed thoughtful care, and the two‑night stay was very comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

The staff greeted you personally, the furnishings were high‑standard, and the hotel is within a pleasant walking distance of the Galleria Del Accademia, the Duomo, and Firenze S M N Station. The room faced the rooftops, busy streets, and the Duomo, which made for a lovely, atmospheric view, but the noise from many food‑delivery drivers forced me to close the window to sleep—an easy fix.
