Everything was perfect! The location was excellent and the service outstanding. Special thanks to the reception lady, Misla, for her courtesy and flawless service. We had a great time and would choose it again.

The spot is unbeatable. We stayed in a lovely room on the 5th floor with a view of the beautiful Duomo, and the terrace view from the restaurant is amazing. The staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, were super helpful and friendly. Grazie mille🩷. Some work is happening in the building, the signs were confusing, and the bathroom lights are poor, making makeup application hard.

Central location was fantastic, as were the staff. The bathroom was disgusting, with heavy mold, dirt, and dust coming up through vents in the spa bath; the mold and grime on the walls need fixing—it wasn’t the cleaner’s fault. The balcony doors wouldn’t close, letting in noise at night.
