The laundry service was the best I’ve seen in any hotel – they even asked whether to separate dark and light items and let me pick up my clothes by room number the next day. The smart room lets you chat with “Xiao Du”; the only drawback is the device needs to be plugged in and the child‑sized play area isn’t ergonomic, though the kids still loved it, and the voice‑controlled curtains were a fun convenience. Late‑night snacks weren’t exactly porridge or a big meal, but over three nights we enjoyed red‑bean soup, millet porridge and green‑bean soup – healthy, mildly sweet and warming in the evening. The location was convenient, with easy taxi access and nearby He Fang Street for xiaolongbao and local breakfast treats when we skipped the hotel’s breakfast. In the room, the mini‑fridge stocked drinks the kids adored, the complimentary toothbrush set was handy, the bidet was comfortable, and the magnetic‑induction charging was very convenient; the space was roomy with good natural light. Front‑desk staff were friendly, could arrange robot room service, offered plum‑wine juice, and a variety of popsicles and ice‑mochi ice cream – truly wonderful, deserving of a full five‑star rating. No negatives at all; nothing to criticize.

The front‑desk lady was courteous, the hotel is close to He Fang Street and the subway, and when I left something behind they promptly helped ship it back, getting it to my Shanghai hotel quickly.

It’s a short walk to He Fang Street and the subway, making trips to Yintai Inn77 easy; the hotel provides free ice pops and the neighboring wok restaurant serves tasty, cheap meals.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and generous, and the management was amazing; the location was also very convenient. There was nothing we didn’t like; we would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
