Close to the airport, within walking distance, great pool area, food available all day, friendly staff, but the room was very small, the carpet was heavily soiled and looked dirty, the sliding door to the outdoor area didn’t lock so I felt unsafe, ants were crawling everywhere—even over the bed—and it seemed understaffed because I had to wait a very long time to order drinks.

The reception was friendly, the location was perfect, parking inside the complex helped a lot, the room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief, but the room was really small and it was almost impossible to work with two suitcases and camera bags, and one bedside lamp was a bit disappointing.

Für mich war die Nähe zum Flughafen maßgebend, aber der große, unübersichtliche Komplex, in dem drei Hotelketten der Axcor Gruppe – Ibis, Novotel und Mercure – zusammengepfercht wurden, war ein Problem; die Bar und das einzige Restaurant waren für diese riesige Anlage wirklich zu wenig, minimalistisch und chaotisch organisiert – schade!

The location is very convenient for an early morning flight, the room is clean and comfortable but small, there are two good eating options on site and the food was good at both, and nothing else— it served its purpose.

The pool was great and the mattress was comfy, but the distance from our room to the car was a bit inconvenient.
