The hotel sits in a quiet local neighbourhood, with nearby restaurants and groceries for convenience. The rooms feel a bit too basic and lack enough shelves for storage. My room is right next to the reception area, so the normal chatter from people passing by can easily seep through the wall and door, which can disturb sleep.

The staff were very friendly, spoke English and helped with explanations and what you needed. There was a tea corner with free cookies and candies, and the fridge had items for sale that weren’t expensive. Nearby the hotel there are restaurants, bars, and a metro station—all within walking distance, and the Sagrada Família is about a 10‑minute walk. The room was a single, so the bed was a small single. It wasn’t that the hotel was bad, but I think the price is too high for the value. For those who really need to be in the centre, it’s a metro ride away.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The neighborhood is nice with easy access to grocery, restaurants, and laundry. It's a bit out of the way for major tourist attractions (20 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia, longer to anything else). Took 2 hours to get there from the airport on public transportation. I'd recommend using the hotels pick-up service!
