Nada. The place has no parking, so you leave your car outside. The cabins are rustic, if you want to call them elegant. The bathrooms are basic, like Infonavit. The service is terrible, to put it mildly. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep and pay $1500 a night, this is the worst option for you. I don’t recommend it. They don’t bill. The service never responds. My suggestion is not to stay. Places like this lack guests who actually want to provide service. They don’t bill, so keep looking for other options.

“Estupendo”

The cenote was nice and the staff were friendly. The life jackets were in poor condition.

The kayaks, views, and garden were fantastic. It was far from any shops or restaurants, and the maintenance crew was already eating breakfast by the room window at first hour, with everything audible.

The room, though small, had everything; we received plenty of towels even though we stayed only one night, which was appreciated. It had a small fridge that we used. The hostel had a terrace with two tables overlooking the lagoon, kayaks, two lounge chairs, and direct lagoon access for swimming, plus a swing—it’s very nice. The bed was too big for the frame, so one side had nothing to support it and you could fall off. It’s very far from town; we drove there and used the car all the time, you can’t walk to the center—it’s too far.
