The promptness in fixing the issue caused by the ad’s misleading content, even though an extra 10.75€ was charged!!! The ad was not clearly explained and caused confusion when booking. I chose one room with a private toilet inside, but the bathroom was actually 40 meters away! Also, the ad mentioned a kitchen but didn’t state it was shared space!

The ad is misleading – both the description and the tags say there are baths/bathtubs in the rooms when there aren’t any. Neither my room nor any of the others had one. There was also no hairdryer or kettle in my room and no soundproofing. I tried contacting the management directly about the TVs and paid streaming services since only some rooms had it included, but got no reply.

Quick to resolve problems, clean and friendly. The construction noise next door was annoying, but I switched rooms and it got better.
