“Favoloso, ritornerei sicuramente se dovessi trovarmi nuovamente in zona”
Camera molto pulita, confortevole e spaziosa. Il bagno è molto piccolo ma funzionale e pulito, e ci è stata data la camera prima dell’orario indicato perché era già disponibile; avendo un bambino piccolo ho molto apprezzato. Il parcheggio davanti all’hotel è comodo, gratuito ed all’ombra. Non c’è tantissimo posto ma se si è fortunati lo si trova. Il personale all’accettazione è un po’ scarso e poco preparato ma comunque molto gentile e cortese. Mi ritengo molto soddisfatta del nostro breve soggiorno. La colazione era buona, ma non era disponibile una offerta vegetale (latte di soia a parte): non c’erano croissant o biscotti senza prodotti animali, niente yogurt, nessuna pietanza salata calda (c’erano solo uova e bacon). Avrei apprezzato almeno delle patate e dei fagioli e dei croissant vegani.

Im eigenen Restaurant war das Essen ganz gut und die Bedienung Georgia sehr nett. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, riesige Auswahl. Die Klimaanlagen haben anfangs nicht richtig im Ganzen Hotel geklappt. Es war im 7. Stock zu warm. Im Laufe des Abends wurden die Klimaanlagen repariert und in der Nacht funktionierte dann wieder zum Glück alles.

“Nice staff, late check-in, clean rooms, fabulous breakfast, good location!”
I loved that check‑in was available until midnight—so helpful when one of my bags was lost at the airport! When I arrived, even so late into the night, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The next morning, when I came down, breakfast was divine! So many croissants and many other delicious things to choose from. The room itself was very nice and clean, the bathroom was well stocked with towels, soaps, and a toothbrush etc. The hotel was also in a good location to walk just up the street to a bus stop the next morning, which is much cheaper than taking a taxi into the city! The eggs at breakfast were a bit watery.

I was really taken by the hall’s décor and the corridors that have a hint of English style, and the staff were genuinely kind! Even though we arrived very late, receptionist Luca greeted us with a smile and managed to answer our questions despite the language barrier, and the breakfast crew were equally friendly… not to mention the front‑desk person who was on duty in the morning. In short, the whole team was wonderfully courteous to tourists—thanks a lot.
