The hostel sits in a very dark, deserted area and I felt uneasy as soon as I arrived. It’s far from Ocean Park and I think I was overcharged for the room.

The room was tidy, charmingly designed, and cozy. The sheets smelled fresh, the bed was comfortable, and the air‑conditioning worked well. The host was friendly, responsive, and enthusiastic. The location made it easy to walk to nearby eateries and attractions. Overall everything was fine, just a bit of sound leakage between rooms; sometimes hallway noise could be heard.
