The owner couple and all the other staff are great, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of fresh ingredients. The only downside was the weather, which was quite rainy.

Cleanliness, hospitality, friendly staff, good food, ambiance, and location all shine here; I highly recommend it. There was nothing we didn't like.

This was the best hotel stay I have had. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, with great buildings, decor, gardens, and the rooms were perfect. The service was exceptional: everyone from the owners to the housekeepers and security were friendly and went out of their way to help and make our stay comfortable. We cannot recommend The Premises Hotel enough if you're in Dipolog and need somewhere to stay. Nothing negative.
