“Very cool retro motel”
The retro vibe of this motel was outstanding, making it feel like a true Route 66 experience that I loved. It honestly did not disappoint.

The hotel is easy to reach and sits close to downtown and a grocery store. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the pull‑out bed felt uncomfortable and I wished there was a mirror either in the room or the living‑room area.

This funky, small, restored motel has a Route 66 vibe.

I stayed at the Siesta for the first time, even though I've visited Durango many times before. It’s conveniently located near downtown, looks nicely decorated for an older property, and the staff were exceptionally nice with plenty of little touches that make you want to return. The main road does make it a bit noisy, but that doesn’t stop me from coming back.

The staff were great, and there are restaurants nearby or an easy drive to historic downtown. You could also take the trolley.
