The location was great, but the shower had mold and there were no knife, fork or spoon in the room.

The place was in a good spot and felt very safe.

The comfort was fine, but getting in was hard.

The location was okay, yet the photos made the space look larger than it was; the toilet lid was broken, I reported it right away and nothing changed; the furniture was worn out; we didn't like the place.

The room was clean, the staff kept offering to tidy up and change towels, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the location was good and very close to the Vatican, there were cafés and shops nearby and the metro station was not far; the room looked bigger in the pictures but was actually small, which isn’t a big deal; I would suggest adding some kitchenware – we bought fruit and had nowhere to store it or cut it.
