The view of the lake from the dining and breakfast area is magnificent; the tour they offer at the coffee farm and around the crater lakes is truly amazing – definitely worth doing! However, the lake wasn't visible from our room and the road to get there isn't suitable for all vehicles.

Although the road to the lodge is quite challenging, the view and stay are worth it! The host upgraded our room without us asking, and that room was amazing! The staff (and the dogs and cat) are very friendly. The only downside was the bad smell coming from the toilet – hopefully it will be fixed soon.

The lodge sits beautifully on the crater lake, and the view is dreamy. It has a nice balcony and comes with a shower and bathtub – everything is very simple. The rooms could use a bit more attention.

The setting is superb, with meals served on the terrace overlooking the lake. The staff is very pleasant. The room is comfortable. Nothing else to note.

The location is beautiful with a lake view, and a twenty‑minute walk takes you to a lovely waterfall. The staff are friendly and attentive – Ben was especially kind and helpful, and the food was great. The bungalows are spacious and clean. No negatives to report.
