Getting to the airport is easy, the shuttle is friendly, and breakfast is decent. The front‑desk team could use a bit more business etiquette, but overall it’s fine.

It was clean. The staff wasn't very friendly, the bed sheets were extremely rough in the skin, the lighting is awful and the fact that you walk through the 1st floor to get to the elevator makes the place seem even more shady than the initial appearance as you drive up -which is scary

Breakfast was average, with muffins and coffee. My room stayed spotless and I had plenty of towels. I didn’t spend much time in my room, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was (first‑floor room). The key‑card system failed for the whole stay. I checked in late after a concert, the staff didn’t mention the key‑card issue, let me walk all the way to my room, and didn’t offer to escort me or let me in. I had to return to the desk and wait in line again—almost midnight. Throughout the rest of the stay, every time I asked if my key would work, I was told “We don’t know” and had to keep going back and forth. Disappointing!

The location hit all our needs—airport, Carnegie Museum, and Ball Park are all close by. The airport shuttle was a major reason we chose this spot. My wife had a 6 am flight and we wanted a shuttle at 4:30; when we arrived we were told they didn’t start until 8 am and we had to find other transport. I had to get up at 4 am to drive her myself.

I liked the easy location close to the airport and the shuttle service, and the hotel was very clean and quiet. The lobby was bright and the reception area welcoming, and the room came with a new comfortable couch. The only downside was the confusing layout; walking with suitcases to the single elevator meant a long trek past other rooms, which could be tough for disabled or tired guests.
