Fair price, good location, and a balcony :) Everything else was perfect.

The flat was clean, but it sits under the roof in an old building with very steep wooden stairs, which was a challenge for me because I have a 70‑degree mobility limitation. The shower window lacks any privacy screen, blinds, or shutters. It was too hot to sleep without air conditioning. Two windows in the room: one was stuck shut, the other could only be tilted because the headboard blocks full opening. Overall it was tidy, but for three people only one bath towel and one hand towel were provided, and they smelled like they had been stored somewhere for a long time, not fresh. I cannot recommend the room further. The TV remote is non‑functional, and the window controls don’t work.

The kitchen is very good and the balcony is nice. The train station is less than a 10‑minute walk away.

The staff are very bad; when something breaks they promise a lot but do nothing, unless you bring it up repeatedly, then they will fix it. The room is very small, especially the shower, more suitable for children than adults, and for the price I expected something better.
