We really liked the cabin—very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly and attentive, and after we checked out they offered us an extra half‑day stay. It’s close to the supermarket and the beach. The only downside was that the bed is a bit tricky to climb into, so be careful if you’re not very focused 😂.

The location was good, but the cabin’s construction is very fragile. Sleeping on the “mezzanine” requires a painful crawl; the stairs are steep with 15 cm steps that feel dangerous. When we arrived there were no sheets, and although the kitchen is equipped, we avoided it because the wooden construction made it unbearably hot. At night the cabin lacked sufficient lighting, so they had to bring us an extra lamp and replace non‑working bulbs. Throughout our stay there was a persistent sewage smell. The owner mistakenly sent me an audio meant for someone else, insulting me by calling me the “cabin crazy woman.” We tried to leave but there was nowhere else to go. The only redeeming factor was BEATRIZ, the manager, who lent us a parasol. The house is so precarious that they even cut a column that clearly destabilizes the structure, making it dangerous (I’m an architect). It’s very expensive for what it turned out to be. We’ve traveled all over Uruguay and this was the most expensive accommodation. I do not recommend it.

The place is wonderful. The location and space are ideal for a relaxed vacation. I’ll definitely come back!
