The apartment was very cozy, bright, and clean, fully equipped, comfortable, and in a great spot – a few minutes’ walk to the ferry to Venice and a few minutes by car to the beach. Both sides of the apartment had small gardens with garden furniture. The property was quiet, and the nearby parking was shaded.

The cleanliness, the fenced parking area, and the separate outdoor space for each unit were all excellent; there was plenty of greenery around for walking the dog, and the location was perfect – cycling gets you quickly to the beach or nearby villages. Dogs are allowed, which mattered a lot to us, and we would definitely recommend the place. The furnishings were a bit dated but didn’t really bother us, and the shower was small, but that wasn’t a reason not to book again.

The location was great for exploring Venice, quiet and off the beaten path, with a safe parking area. The bedding smelled strongly of some chemical the first day, there were many mosquitoes, and only two windows had working screens; the only open window on the upper floor was a small one in the bathroom. Air conditioning was present, but there was no need to test it. Small items were missing, such as a working lighter for the gas stove, dish‑washing sponge, and dish‑washing liquid.
