The rooms are very clean and pretty, and the location is great. Unfortunately the hallway doors and street windows are super thin, so you can hear everything outside, which kept me from sleeping well.

I had a terrible experience: I arrived at night, no one was there, the door was locked, and no one answered my calls. I had to book another place at the last minute. The host called me three hours later, promised a refund, and then stopped responding. The listed phone number is wrong. Very disappointing and unreliable; I would not recommend it.

The Riad was badly marked in the Medina; when I arrived, no one was at the door and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. The phone number on the door is wrong, making the arrival a pity. The only “positive” was its location inside the Medina, which is small but crowded, so nothing special. There was no communication with the manager, no phone or email replies via Booking to arrange taxis or other matters before I left; no room service or proper soundproofing. The description was misleading. The shared kitchen on the terrace was dirty and lacked basics like pots and oils.

The place was peaceful.

Everything was great! The location is superb, cozy and clean. When we arrived, we learned that there is a blue door opposite the restaurant La Casa; the door is labeled “Dar Aicha” and you must call the number listed there to receive the keys.
