“The staff is great but the property still needs some work”
I really liked the kitchen and the fact that this hotel is the only one that offers queen beds, which are very comfortable. Just bring your own pillows! We also brought our Fire Stick. The laundry room had newer machines that cost $2.25 to wash and $2.25 to dry, and there were no bad smells in the hallways. The pot smoking by the front door and the need to re‑sign into free Wi‑Fi every 24 hours were annoying, and there was no daily housekeeping. You had to ask for clean towels, and there was no free breakfast or even coffee. The keys didn’t always work on any of the secure doors outside, so you had to walk all the way to the front door past all the smokers.

The location was fine. It didn’t have pots, pans, or dishes, it didn’t offer breakfast, there was no pool, and it lacked all the amenities advertised on the booking site.
“Run down dump with poor staff”
I didn't even check in customer service was really bad so I canceled and went home. It's a low budget facility that's for sure definitely needs some upgrading some new staff clean up outside just a dirty place. Nothing

The room had a full‑size fridge, parking was good, and the location was convenient. At times it felt a little sketchy with homeless people smoking outside and the paint job inside the hotel was poor.

The hardwood floor and electric stove were nice, but there was no coffee maker, the floor was very dirty as if it had never been cleaned, the maid staff were not friendly, and the front desk staff weren’t honest about the total cost of stays. It’s best to book through apps and keep the confirmation number because you won’t get a discount in person. The place was dishonest, full of dead and live roaches trapped in ceiling lights, with stains on the refrigerator and walls. There were no lamps, so I couldn’t relax on the bed with the bright ceiling lights or the room was too dark. I would say this hotel is outdated with old stuff.
