Rooms were nice, but everything else was disappointing.

“Comfortable stay”

The location was great, but they didn’t offer a continental breakfast.

I couldn’t reach any staff at the front counter all day; I tried calling but got no response.

“My short stay was very good”

The full‑sized appliances were excellent, and I liked everything else.

“Won't stay there again”

The refrigerator was broken, the dishwasher left dishes dirty, staff said they couldn’t get extra pillows, the building felt a bit sketchy, and there was no coffee maker in the room.
