a&o Bremen Hauptbahnhof is located in Bremen, 700 metres from Fairground Bremen and 8 minutes' walk from Bremen City Hall. The hotel features a bar, free WiFi, and a buffet breakfast. Rooms have a desk, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with shower. It's close to Kunsthalle Bremen, Bremen Arena, and Weserburg - Museum for modern Art, with Bremen Airport 4 km away.

After many hours of travel we arrived in Bremen, where we were told that despite having a confirmed and paid reservation, there was no available room due to overbooking (we weren’t the only ones!). We were arranged alternative accommodation at another hotel, but the replacement reservation was mistakenly made for a different night than we needed. Consequently, upon arrival at the alternate hotel we discovered we could not be accommodated there because it had no free rooms for the night we actually required. We then spent about an hour at the substitute hotel trying to explain the situation. Finally, after a long phone call to the A&o headquarters, we were informed we had to return to the A&o Bremen Hauptbahnhof property. Upon returning, the front‑desk staff spent another two hours unsuccessfully searching for another accommodation for us. Despite their efforts, no free room was found in any hotel. We give one star because we appreciate the front‑desk staff’s attempts, but the emergency solution we ultimately received was clearly below the standard of accommodation we had previously booked and confirmed.

We didn't stay because the beds were extremely dirty. The house’s hygiene concert was a disappointment.
