Maybe raise the price a bit and include breakfast. The rest is as noted.

Quiet and clean. The only issue was the limited food choices.

The spot was close to the mall, which was a plus, but the comforter was too short, the room had a sour smell, and the layout felt odd.

The location was solid and the hotel looked tidy and pleasant, yet the mattress was awful—probably up 15 times a night—and there was no breakfast included, which was a key reason we stayed there.
