I stayed three nights; the rooms were clean, the bathrooms were tidy, and a gate in front of the room gave me peace of mind. They even washed my underwear, which was a huge help! The only downside was the lack of shampoo and other toiletries.

Very clean, all the essentials were there, the housekeeper was always reachable and helpful, so I’ll definitely book here again; it’s conveniently close to the metro and easy to get around.

The best spot for tourists in Almaty – everything was great: the location, the room itself, it was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also accommodating with early check‑in and check‑out, which deserves the highest praise. We didn’t hear any noise from neighbors or the scent of perfume that others mentioned, and the bedding was quiet; we slept well for two nights.

The apartment is very nice! Clean, spacious, Wi‑Fi worked well, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. The host is very friendly and accommodating. The place is close to a shopping centre, the metro and a large grocery store.
