How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was clean, with a King‑size bed and hot water, and it was close to the beach. The breakfast, however, was disappointing: the fried egg roast was bland and hard, and I had to ask for jam to make it edible. There was no hot drink option beyond tea, and the fruit plate only had bananas. It was the worst breakfast of our three‑week stay in Sri Lanka, and the host was absent at check‑out.

Fantastic and comfortable stay 5/10 easy walk from hiriketiya beach. The host was very kind and welcoming. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. There was a lovely view of the water from our balcony. His family made us delicious breakfasts every morning! The cafe next door was also delicious and run by a very nice man! Would recommend!. Nothing

The owner and his family were lovely and welcoming. We stayed in an upstairs room with a balcony that was very clean, comfortable, and modern—better than the photos suggest. From the balcony we saw a sea view and even spotted a whale one afternoon. Breakfast was good and delivered to our room. There’s a small shared kitchenette with a fridge for drinks. The location is about a 10‑minute walk from town, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. I would highly recommend it.
