“Hotel un poco anticuado pero bien ubicado. Cumple.”

Breakfast was very varied and the location is great, close to the park on the Brazilian side and the customs. The bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The outdoor, heated pool was nice. The place was very noisy. The room was simple but comfortable. The A/C was broken, leaking water onto the wall and floor, and it was never fixed. During heavy rain the hotel lost power and there were leaks all over the reception.

“Uma péssima experiência”

The coffee was good, but I found a bug in one of the dishes. The main issue was the room: the floor was dirty, the sink was clogged, and the phone had no line, making it impossible to contact reception. The TV picture was awful. I called from my own cell to ask for maintenance, especially for the phone, but received no reply. I booked the Luxury category, yet the room did not match the listing at all. Given all this, I do not intend to return or recommend it; the city offers much better options.

“Nos atendeu bem-”

The place is very pleasant, with a wonderful garden and a new expanding area next to the cataracts, just about 15 minutes from the Friendship Bridge.

“Manter funcionários e melhorar tudo o resto”

Funcionários. Quarto não era o que mostra nas fotos, cheiro intenso a lixívia no wc e na roupa de cama e toalhas. Limpeza podia ser claramente melhor
