The location was fine. The rooms and furniture looked very old and dated. It was pricey compared to other places nearby that offer higher standards.

The spot on Leicester Square was spot on; a bottle of bubbly in the room and free drink vouchers were a lovely bonus. The staff were all absolutely delightful. The room was large but a bit dated, and the shower had trouble with my hair wash.

The hotel’s location is excellent. The room was okay but a bit dated and pricey for what it offered.

The rooms were horribly dated, with broken furniture and facilities. The common areas were nice, but the rooms were a disgrace.

Nothing. It was disgusting. The room was dirty.
