“Would love to come again”
Everything was great, and I loved it. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The staff were very attentive on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was very clean and had everything you would expect for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was good, with several restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was an intimidating individual walking in the restaurant pedestrian precinct with a mask, which caused some concern among people in the area. It didn’t affect us directly, but it created an uneasy atmosphere for those walking on the street. Other than that, our stay was great.

The concierge was excellent; a man named Mo went above and beyond, and those little touches really mattered. However, I was overcharged beyond what I had agreed to pay, and when I reached out to customer service they never replied. I have no complaints about Hyatt itself, and the staff and accommodation were outstanding.

The location is great, right in the city centre. The downside was the temperature of both swimming pools.
