Air‑conditioning and Wi‑Fi work very well, the room is clean and comfortable, and the terrace is pretty. The bathroom was dirty, there were almost no interesting restaurants nearby, and the beach is far away—though we knew that already.

I highly recommend this place. The owner was extremely helpful and kind to us. The room offered great value for the price, was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay at PKV Tinco Villa.

This brand‑new, tastefully decorated hotel has three rooms: one on‑suite and two budget rooms with an outside bathroom that we used. There’s a huge hall for breakfast and a lovely kitchen with a fridge. The communal space was great for us—we played cards and chatted with other travelers. The location is good, not too far from the beach or other attractions. The staff were lovely and very helpful, so I would definitely recommend staying there.

The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of space, and the small kitchen and fridge are nice. A sign on the road or at the gate would help guests find the hotel. Kitchen service was lacking; there was no shelf, table, or chairs for us to put our stuff on in the room. In the common area there was only one outlet that fit our adapter, all the other outlets were round.
