It was air‑conditioned and close to the train station, but our stay was quite disappointing. The apartment was poorly lit and seemed unclean; at check‑in we found a wet towel left by the previous guest. The check‑in instructions were not given in a timely manner, and we were assigned a different room than the one we booked. We stayed for four nights with no housekeeping or cleaning service at all. The Wi‑Fi was quite unstable, making it hard to rely on. The biggest issue was the bathroom floor, where we saw black mould/algae‑like growth. Overall, the cleanliness, room allocation, communication, and maintenance fell short of our expectations.

The property is in Rione Sanità, just a short walk from Naples Cathedral and the historic centre. The room is very nice and unique with a cool wall graffiti. The entrance, a small table area with coffee and tea, and the bathroom are on the ground floor, while the bedroom is on the mezzanine. The smart TV and two air‑conditioners are a big plus. The room and bathroom were clean, and the price‑quality ratio was pretty good. The bathroom is small and the shower lacks proper separation, so it floods every time.
