“あれ本当にホテル？”

ローケーションがよかった。主な観光箇所まで徒歩で10分、20分で行けた。. １．6泊7日したが、始めの2日間はうるさくてなられなかった。1日目は多分、宿泊者が音楽かなんかを大音量で聞いていたのだと思う。ご前1時位までがまんしてたが、我慢しきれなくなって、静かにしてくれ、と言ったら、しばらくして静かになった。スタッフは近くでコンサートがあり、その音が聞こえてきているだけだといったが、午前1時にコンサート？2日目はどこか部屋で若者たちが集まり大声で笑ったり、歌ったり。オーナに電話して静かにさせろ言ったら静かになった。２．部屋の壁や床に蟻がはっていて、オーナにいうと、私が甘いパンをおいていたからだ、と言われた。虫殺しスプレーをもらい対処する。３，ホテルの外の壁にホテル名が書いてないので、近くの雑貨屋さん？で聞いたり、たどり着くのに苦労した。受付もなく、パスポートの確認もなく。ここ本当にホテルなの？って思った。前のホテルを買い取り、今新たに改装中って感じだった。オーナもオーナらしくないし、備え付けのＴＶやエアコンの使い方を聞いても説明できなかった。４．シャワーの水がお湯にならず、風邪をひいて、2週間以上になるが、今だ咳が激しく、体調不良。

“Terrible experience, and still way overpriced for what you get”

No sign on the door—so I had to call them (mobile roaming) to have them open it for me. No towels or toilet paper. Linens weren’t replaced after the previous guest. Boiler noise made it hard to sleep. No hot or cold water in the morning and no one at the hotel to fix it (they basically don’t have a reception). Overall a terrible experience, yet they still want US $50–60 a night. There are dozens of decent hotels in Oaxaca in the same price range.

“Good location bad vibes”

A short walk from the centre and we liked the area, plus the courtyard looked nice and the room was a decent size. The hosts weren’t very welcoming, the shower was way too hot to use and the bathroom was very small. They ignored our messages for 4 days.
