The spot was perfect in central Foligno, the reception was friendly and efficient, the place was spotless and had all the amenities like a fridge and a TV in the room, except the air‑conditioning didn't work during my stay, though a fan was available; overall the value was great, considering the shared bathroom with another room, but the building itself feels a bit dated and needs upkeep.
