They called me that morning to say an electricity problem forced them to cancel my reservation, which ruined the plans I’d made for my wife’s birthday; I understand the outage wasn’t their fault, but it spoiled the surprise I’d promised her and left us both disappointed.

The price was far too high for what was offered. With such a steep rate I expected better upkeep, more attention to detail, and adequate services. Breakfast wasn’t included, and the 17:00 check‑in and 10:30 check‑out cut into my stay. Privacy was lacking: the bubbles were too close, separated only by a thin fence, so it didn’t feel exclusive. Security was almost nonexistent; the entrance gate couldn’t be closed from the outside, and a missing fence section let anyone slip into the private area. Maintenance was poor—wild grass outside, ants in the bathroom, a broken door latch, drafts that made the bubble chilly at night, and no hot water in the morning. To fill the tub we had to boil water in a kettle, which is unacceptable for a place charging so much. Overall, the concept has promise, but the current price doesn’t match the quality, services, or condition.
