The car service was good, but the distance between the office and the room was inconvenient and the toilets in the restaurants were uncomfortable.

The location is peaceful with a lovely beach, the breakfast was good, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the staff are very friendly and available.

The private beach is beautiful, better than many higher‑rated hotels in the area, offering a fantastic sunset; a coral reef near the shore allows snorkeling directly from the beach; there are many separate small pools that let you swim in peace without crowds. The hotel is quite far from the center of Labuan Bajo, so you tend to spend a lot of time on the premises. Unfortunately, the service is disastrous, especially at the restaurant: waiters only arrive if you call them, three‑quarters of the menu is unavailable, and they are unwilling to accommodate simple requests (even changing a Sprite to a fruit juice is a drama). The building is poorly maintained and dirty, litter everywhere; there are only about ten beach loungers for all guests, and you must grab one early in the morning; the Wi‑Fi doesn’t work. It’s a pity, because with more care and attention the hotel could really be a gem.

The property is gorgeous and the spot is fantastic, but the staff were a bit absent and my room 310 had a terrible view; it felt like an afterthought with no chair or place to hang wet clothes.

The location is great by a beautiful beach, and the buffet breakfasts let you eat plenty, yet the hotel has little potential and the staff are weak; there were no towels in the room or on the loungers.
